No matter how much I love shiny and polished studio shots....this is just beautiful, because it is real, because I see the life stories behind these photos and somehow I can relate to them.

Plastic surgery is a way of branding. | self-initiated proj.
This project is based on research on the plastic surgeons' methods and routine techniques. Due to increase of cosmetic procedures' popularity among people who cry for the perfection of their body parts, the number of surgeons' clients is rapidly raises. As far as a cosmetic surgeon is concerned, he is considered to be an artist in his field of work, therefore like any artist he has his particular style, which in 88% tend to effect most of his patients. So then you see your doctor's selling you the exclusivity, be ware because you run a risk of being Labelled as another Copy.
This is a project I am developing at the moment, for I would like to create sort of advertising campaign for the Richard Lorry surgeon (this is an fiction name), which would be a promotion of his style (including gift vouchers for Richard Lorry's noses :D ), basically this proj is gonna be taken to the grounder/ crazier scale.

EDOUARD SAUTAI
"He uses optical devices to blend scale models into the real world. His work is about scale and viewpoints. It misleads the eye and misguides the mind. Things look different. They merge. They seem to belong."
The exhibition I went to see in Paris at Centre Pompidou. I must say it was impressive!
Check out more of the artist's work on his website.
