I was just browsing through my hard drive and found these. The photos are the part of the Gender project, which I uploaded earlier. This was our second or third photo-shoot with David and Char (can't remember for sure), so it's just work in progress. Still, I rather fond of them. Enjoy.

Ok, I know I haven't uploaded stuff here in ages! However, I've been making up for it for the past couple of days - updating away! The reason I haven't posted for a while is ... well I was busy with my Degree Show and now I am just busy! I finished Uni and now ... It doesn't get easier. :-) So, anyway, I have a huge update on everything I've been up to for the past several months in terms of work; below are some pictures from the degree show. Changing the Identity of Stolichnaya (Eng: Capital), the only real Russian Vodka in the UK.

Modernising the original identity of Soviet Russia and making design more appropriate to explain what Moscow is like at the moment. The poster campaign and the packaging are both based on the shape of Moscow underground map.

A nail is an irreplaceable element in any modern construction. However, how far can one take the multiple purposes of this object?

The qualities of a nail are undeniable, therefore to take them to the extreme means to remove them completely.

A chair, created to support the idea, works without any joints, only by friction.

Exploring Microgramma Typeface, which was originally designed for technical illustrations and blueprints.

The Microgramma template shows the essence of the typeface where each character is based on the single shape of letter O.

Created in collaboration with Matthew Murphy, Poppi Balley and Kris Kane.

A weekend away.

Right, a while ago we had a lovely working weekend with JULIA (Valerio Di Lucente, Erwan Lhuissier and Hugo Timm). They didn't tell us where we were going, so we only found out when we got there! It was somewhere around Dorset, a proper English countryside (so beautiful, I have no words).
We had two days of workshop with guys and it was quite unusual, most people didn't have laptops, no internet etc etc. So, basically we've been thrown out of our comfort zone. Point - think fast, use what you have, produce and let go! Seriously, I think we have learnt a great deal.
All responses and final outcome take a form of a publication, photos of which I will be uploading later.
For now, check out our lovely group shot!
